Billed as a rom-com, the director says his film conveys the message that we live only once and that life should be led in an idealistic manner

The makers of debut director S Sam’s film Yolo, starring Dev and Devika, dropped the romantic single ‘Mudhal Mazhaithuli‘ on Thursday.

The romantic number composed by Sagishna Xavier, has vocals by GV Prakash and Priyanka NK, with lyrics by Muthamil.

Billed as a rom-com, the director says his film conveys the message that we live only once and that life should be led in an idealistic manner. He adds that the breezy and entertaining screenplay will carry this message.

Apart from the main cast, played by Dev and Devika, the film also features Badava Gopi, Praveen, Swati Nair, Akash Prem, Nithi Pradeep, Divakar, Yuvaraj, and Dileep Kumar, among others.

The film’s screenplay is co-written by Sam, Rams Murugan (who also takes the story credit), and Panbu Selvan. Cinematographer Sooraj Nallusami, editor AL Ramesh, music director Sukishna Xavier, art director Sampath Thilak, and stunt director ‘Danger’ Mani round up the film’s technical team.
